The MC Book is only for UK or US members, but ther's a way for other members to get it:
1. Go to myproxy.ca
2. Paste stardoll.com in the browser
3. Log on your account.
4. Press on the link or picture in the Pick of the day..
This will take you to your suite and Voila! You got the book!
